This was blocking that could be required for all foreigners (excluding citizens of the USSR, German Democratic Republic, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Mongolia, Cuba) and homeless people with permanent residence outside Czechoslovakia and in the territory of Czechoslovakia. It was secured upon arrival to and departure from Czechoslovakia and was valid for 30 days.
