Assessed the preparedness of the members of the Administration to defend the state in emergencies;

- Organisationally ensured the combat readiness of the members of the Administration and drafted materials for inspecting the combat readiness of the Administration;
- Manged the filing of mobilisation documents and secured their archiving;
- Drafted plans to implement extraordinary security measures at the Administration;
- Led, organised and conducted combat and military training for members of the Administration and evaluated its progress and results;
- Ensured and monitored compliance with the principles established for the protection of classified information;
- Ensured the service of the supervisory officer of the Administration.
