Fund “Z“

In the middle of the 1950s, the leadership of the Communist party and the top level of the State security realised that during the trials with traitors within the party, the protocols recorded during interrogations contained a lot of compromising information about their former colleagues. First shy steps toward rehabilitations appeared and it became necessary to prevent access of regular employees of the State security to the sensitive information. So the “Z“ fund was created which was deposited at the “Central office“ of the State security.
